Ohio’s Hospice is hiring a full-time RN Care Manager to provide driving, end-of-life nursing care across Franklin County. The role plans and delivers care through the nursing process, coordinates with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members, and requires weekend rotation, two holidays per year, and daytime driving in all weather. Qualifications include an accredited nursing school graduate, an Ohio RN license, CPR certification, computer documentation skills, a valid driver’s license, safe driving record, automobile insurance, background and drug-screen clearance, and preferred acute-care and hospice certification experience.
