Description
Crossroads Home Health and Hospice is hiring a part-time Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to home-health patients in Vallejo and surrounding Solano County communities. The role includes patient assessments, OASIS documentation, care-plan development, medication and treatment administration, progress monitoring, family education, and collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted California RN license, have at least one year of recent home-health or related experience, current CPR certification, a valid driver's license and auto insurance, and the ability to pass a background check. Compensation is $55.00-$60.00 per hour.
