Description
WebTPA is hiring an RN Case Manager to create, implement, and monitor treatment plans for healthcare members, coordinate care with patients, families, providers, and community resources, assess clinical needs, identify cost-effective services, document care plans, review medical records, and authorize or coordinate care. The role requires 5+ years of clinical nursing and patient-assessment experience, a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, nursing school graduation, RN licensure, and compact-state licensure in good standing. Preferred qualifications include CCM certification, utilization-management or case-management experience, intensive-care experience, and managed-care knowledge. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time, with medical, dental, vision, life, and global travel health insurance among the benefits.
