JES Tech is hiring a Registered Nurse Case Manager to support Army Special Operations Forces under the Preservation of the Force and Family program at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. The role provides patient-centered case management for Department of Defense beneficiaries, including health assessments, care planning, telephonic assessments, progress monitoring, discharge planning, referrals, care coordination, service-agreement administration, and credentialing. Candidates must hold an active unrestricted RN license, have at least two years of nurse case management experience, hold or be able to obtain CCM/ACMA/ANCC certification, maintain BLS/BCLS certification, and obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance. The position offers $88,000-$92,000 commensurate with experience.
