Description
The RN Certification Analyst evaluates initial and recertification applications for ANCC board certification, verifies education, licensure, transcripts, and accreditation documentation, identifies eligibility gaps, communicates with applicants, provides counseling, audits renewal compliance, and escalates complex issues. The role requires a current Registered Nurse license, a baccalaureate in nursing or equivalent experience, four years of nursing experience, database and data-entry experience, and strong communication and analytical skills. It is a hybrid position based at ANE Headquarters in Silver Spring, Maryland, with at least 20% office work and occasional travel for conferences.
