Description
The Clinic RN assists the Clinic Manager in managing the flow of a PACE clinic, triaging and assessing participants, coordinating care with primary care and interdisciplinary teams, overseeing clinic staff, and providing skilled nursing care. The role includes developing care plans, administering medications and treatments, maintaining medical records, educating participants and caregivers, and assuming the Clinic Manager’s responsibilities when absent. A professional nursing degree, California RN license, CPR certification, and at least one year of experience with a frail or elderly population are required; a BSN and two years of nurse management experience are preferred.
