The Osborn is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse Supervisor for its Skilled Nursing Facility in Rye, New York. The role oversees clinical care operations, supervises and directs nursing staff, responds to resident and family concerns, supports staff training, ensures compliance with infection control and facility policies, and serves as the clinical point of contact during emergencies. The position offers full-time evening shifts from 3:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., part-time evening shifts, and per diem availability, with pay of $97,285.75 to $120,000. Applicants need a valid New York State Registered Nurse license in good standing, at least two years of clinical nursing experience, and strong communication and leadership skills; supervisory experience and skilled nursing or long-term care experience are preferred.
