OHARA, LLC is hiring a full-time Field Based Nurse Case Manager – RN for the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area. The role coordinates case management services for injured workers, attends appointments with workers and providers, supports safe return-to-work plans, and performs telephonic case management. It is a work-from-home position requiring Milwaukee-area residency and regional travel, with an RN license, an associate degree, two years of clinical practice experience, and on-call availability approximately three weeks per year.
