Four Seasons is hiring an RN – Float Support to provide flexible direct nursing care and supervise LPN and Hospice Aide staff across its 15-county hospice service area. The role covers staffing vacancies, leaves, onboarding, high census, admissions, after-hours, Elizabeth House, weekends, special projects, and other clinical priorities, with assignments lasting 2–12 weeks and varying schedules, locations, and responsibilities. The position requires a registered nurse graduate, a valid North Carolina RN license, a driver's license, and proof of automobile insurance; two years of clinical experience and hospice or home health experience are preferred.
