Description
Gulfside Healthcare Services is hiring a Hospice Field RN to provide comfort-focused hospice care in private residences, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities throughout West Pasco County, Florida. The role manages an assigned patient caseload, develops individualized care plans, collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, and guides LPNs, CNAs, and other care-team members. An active Florida RN license or Compact State RN license, at least one year of nursing experience, hospice or related experience, strong assessment and communication skills, a valid Florida driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance are required; EMR proficiency is preferred.
