Description
Gulfside Healthcare Services is hiring a Hospice Field RN to provide compassionate end-of-life care in private residences, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities throughout West Pasco. The role manages an assigned patient caseload, develops individualized care plans, assesses physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs, coordinates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, mentors LPNs and CNAs, and maintains documentation and regulatory compliance. An active Florida RN license or Compact State RN license, a valid Florida driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance are required; hospice, home health, case management, or acute care experience is preferred.
