Gulfside Healthcare Services is hiring an RN Evening for a second shift from 4 p.m. to 1 a.m., Monday through Friday, in West Pasco County. The role provides field-based patient care for residents in private residences, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing homes; oversees and case-manages assigned patients; supervises LPNs and CNAs; develops nursing care plans; coordinates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams; and maintains clinical documentation and professional standards. The position requires current Florida RN licensure, reliable transportation, automobile insurance, and a valid Florida driver’s license, with at least one year of nursing experience in a hospital, home health, or hospice setting preferred.
