Beacon Behavioral Inpatient Hospital is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for its inpatient behavioral health team in Lutcher on a PRN basis, with 7 AM–7 PM and 7 PM–7 AM shifts. The role includes charge nursing, supervision of LPNs, CNAs, and Mental Health Technicians, treatment-plan development, medication support, liaison work with medical staff, performance improvement, and role modeling. Applicants must hold an RN license in the state of operation, a nursing degree or diploma focused on psychiatric care, at least two years of nursing experience including one year with mentally ill patients or documented supervision from a master’s-prepared psychiatric nurse, Basic Life Support certification, and non-violent crisis intervention certification.
