Description
The employer is hiring a full-time floating Registered Nurse to provide inpatient psychiatric care across Lacombe Inpatient, Lutcher Inpatient, and New Orleans East Inpatient. The role covers days from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and includes patient assessment, medication administration, vital-sign monitoring, care-plan collaboration, patient and family education, advocacy, and compliance with hospital policies. Candidates must hold a current Louisiana RN license, have an accredited nursing degree, provide one year of nursing care to the mentally ill or receive documented psychiatric supervision, hold BLS certification, and have hospital or acute-care experience.
