Description
The role provides overall nursing supervision and administrative leadership for Adventist Health Tillamook, including making decisions in the absence of the executive team, supervising nursing and ancillary personnel, overseeing patient and staff safety, managing staffing and hospital throughput, coordinating care and discharges, and responding to acute-unit emergencies. It requires RN licensure, CPR or BLS certification, ACLS certification, and a bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent education and experience; a master’s degree, five years of technical experience, and critical-care experience are preferred.
