Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey is hiring an RN Care Manager to perform registered-nurse duties while managing the continuum of care for members. The role assesses clinical appropriateness, coordinates inpatient and out-of-network services, monitors care quality and outcomes, advocates for members, supports case and disease management, and documents care activities. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of clinical experience, and an active unrestricted New Jersey RN license or active Compact License; a bachelor's degree or relevant experience is preferred. The salary range is $70,500 to $94,395, with medical, dental, and vision benefits.
