Description
Scripps Health is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for its ICU Float Pool, with work at Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla and Scripps Green Hospital in Torrey Pines. The role provides direct adult ICU patient care, including assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation, while floating to PCU, DOU, Tele, Oncology, MS, and other areas. The schedule is 72 hours per two-week pay period on 12-hour day shifts, and the position is eligible for New Hire and Relocation Incentives up to $7,000. Required qualifications include one year of recent adult ICU RN experience, a California RN license, current BLS and ACLS certification, and English-language communication; a bachelor's degree, NIH certification, and additional ICU experience are preferred.
