Description
The employer is staffing a high-risk, high-volume labor and delivery unit with 4 operating rooms, 31 rooms, and 31 beds. The role functions as a Baby Nurse during deliveries, provides newborn care until transfer to postpartum, and may float to sister facilities offering Mother/Baby care. The position requires high-risk experience, BLS and NRP certifications, and the ability to work in fast-paced, high-acuity environments; ACLS, AWHONN Advanced, and AWHONN Intermediate are preferred. The schedule is posted every six weeks and may require work every other weekend and holidays as needed.
