CareFinders Total Care is hiring Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses for one-on-one pediatric home and community care. The role provides skilled nursing, medication administration, seizure monitoring, mobility and feeding assistance, medical equipment monitoring, clinical documentation, and communication with families and the care team. The position offers flexible day, evening, and overnight shifts, including Sunday 8-hour overnight shifts, with pay of $35–$36 for LPNs and $45–$46 for RNs, and requires an active RN or LPN license, CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain it, and willingness to work in Jersey City, North Bergen, and West New York.
