CareFinders Total Care is hiring Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses for in-home pediatric care in Elizabeth. The role provides one-on-one skilled nursing care to children with autism, seizure disorders, developmental delays, or feeding tube needs, including medication administration, monitoring, mobility assistance, clinical documentation, and communication with families. Flexible shifts are available, including day, evening, and overnight schedules, with pay of $35–$36 for LPNs and $45–$46 for RNs. Requirements include an active RN or LPN license, CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain it, and comfort with complex pediatric medical needs; pediatric experience is preferred but not required, and new graduates are welcome.
