Bowen Health Recovery Center is hiring an RN or LPN to provide psychiatric nursing services in a nontraditional, slower-paced outpatient setting serving patients primarily during weekday 5 a.m. to 1 p.m. and weekend 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. hours, usually once a month. The role involves administering methadone, documenting care in Methasoft, assessing patients, participating in multidisciplinary treatment planning, providing recovery education, maintaining medication inventory, coordinating referrals and transfers, and responding to emergencies with CPR and Narcan administration. An Indiana RN or LPN license, two years of mental health experience, a valid driver’s license, liability insurance, a satisfactory criminal background check, and being at least 21 years old are required.
