Description
The Cypress of Charlotte is hiring a full-time RN/LPN for its Life Plan Community in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role provides direct nursing care to residents, delegates and supervises Quality-of-Life Specialists and Resident Assistants, administers medications, documents care, monitors resident conditions, and coordinates with families and physicians. The position offers two shift options, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM and 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, with RN pay of $38.00–$42.77 per hour and LPN pay of $30.00–$33.26 per hour, plus shift differentials. Applicants must hold a valid North Carolina or compact-state LPN/RN license and have at least three months of LPN/RN experience, preferably in elderly care.
