Harborview Pierce County is seeking a Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse (RN/LPN) Staff Development Coordinator to lead clinical education and training initiatives. The coordinator will assist with hiring and onboarding, plan and deliver continuous education, maintain staff competencies, collaborate with department leaders, and ensure regulatory compliance.
