Description
The Operating Nurse Manager manages and provides operational and nursing leadership across preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative areas. The role plans and organizes patient-care operations, establishes protocols and workflows, manages capital and operational budgets, supports compliance with healthcare standards, and resolves complex clinical and operational situations. It requires a nursing degree, California RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, and five years of recent relevant experience; robotics and cochlear experience are strongly preferred. The position is full-time, days-only, and pays $206,689.60 to $330,699.20 annually.
