Description
The Staff Registered Nurse provides direct, patient-centered care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care; administering medications and treatments; documenting in electronic medical records; educating patients and families; responding to emergencies; delegating to other healthcare team members; and following infection-control and safety protocols. The role requires an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, a current RN license, BLS certification, and strong clinical assessment, communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills, with rotating night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
