Description
The Staff Nurse provides direct patient care on a 19-bed adult Nephrology unit, caring for renal and general medical patients. The role functions as a charge nurse for an assigned shift under the Nurse Manager and implements nursing standards, policies, and procedures. Candidates must graduate from an approved nursing school, hold a current North Carolina RN license or recognized compact license, maintain AHA BLS certification, and demonstrate effective communication and professional care skills.
