RN – NICU (Level IV) at Swedish First Hill

The employer is hiring eight full-time, onsite Registered Nurses for a Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Swedish First Hill in Seattle, Washington. The 36-hour-per-week schedule consists of 12-hour night shifts. Candidates must have at least one full year of post-graduation NICU RN experience, an accredited nursing degree, a Washington RN license, BLS, and NRP certifications. Responsibilities include neonatal assessment, care planning, patient and family advocacy, education, safety, quality improvement, interdisciplinary collaboration, and delegation.
