Description
The role provides coordinated nursing care for individual or assigned groups of patients, follows established standards and the nursing process, and supervises and directs nursing staff. It coordinates care with other disciplines, delegates duties, participates in discharge planning, and provides health information and learning opportunities to patients, families, and healthcare teams. The position requires RN licensure, CPR or BLS certification, and NRP certification; a BSN and acute-care facility experience are preferred.
