St. Ann’s Community is hiring an experienced RN Nurse Manager for its St. Ann’s Home on the Irondequoit Campus. The role provides clinical expertise to household teams, performs comprehensive nursing assessments, supports resident self-determination, ensures compliance with regulations and organizational policies, coordinates quality assurance activities, maintains confidential clinical records, assists with diagnostics, manages admissions and discharges, and conducts resident and family rounding. Candidates must hold an RN license, have three to five years of related experience or training, possess long-term care experience, and obtain and maintain CPR certification within one month of hire.
