Description
The Perioperative Nurse provides safe, effective, patient- and family-centered care during the perioperative period, including assessment, care planning, medication administration, infection prevention, specimen management, patient education, care transfer, documentation, and collaboration with the surgical team. The role may scrub, circulate, and work in the recovery room as needed, requires scheduled call and PACU cases as needed, and offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days plus $2,500 after one year of employment.
