PsyPhyCare is hiring a Registered Nurse for a contract, full-time position providing on-site medical and wellness services in a residential youth program in Hartford, Connecticut. The role includes triage, clinical assessments, medication administration, chronic-condition monitoring, referrals, documentation, health education, inventory management, staff training, and coordination with healthcare partners. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with no weekends required, and the position is on-site with no telehealth or remote option. Applicants must hold a current unrestricted Connecticut RN license, an Associate Degree in Nursing, and at least two years of nursing experience in a clinical, school-based, residential, or community health setting.
