CareOne is hiring an RN Shift Supervisor for its Madison Ave facility in Morristown, New Jersey. The role oversees daily nursing activities, ensures compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies, maintains quality care, and represents administration when nursing leadership is absent. The position offers full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities across multiple shifts, with weekends preferred, and pays $44-$62 per hour. Applicants should have an RN or LPN/LVN license, at least one year of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or related healthcare facility, and preferably an RN degree or relevant education and Skilled Nursing experience.
