CareOne is hiring an RN Shift Supervisor for its Parsippany skilled nursing facility, with full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities across multiple shifts. The role oversees nursing activities during the assigned tour, ensures compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies, maintains quality care, and represents administration when nursing leadership is absent. The position requires an RN or LPN/LVN license, at least one year of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or related healthcare facility, and preferably an RN degree or current RN licensure pursuit.
