Description
The Charge Nurse supervises operations during evening, night, weekend, and/or holiday hours; coordinates patient-care-area staffing, interdepartmental services, and emergency operational procedures. The role requires 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, an accredited nursing diploma, associate, or baccalaureate degree, a New Jersey nursing license, and BLS certification. It offers 72 biweekly hours, a minimum starting rate of $49.43, and benefits including healthcare coverage for regularly budgeted positions of at least 30 hours per week.
