Description
The Registered Nurse Supervisor coordinates nursing services on designated shifts, supports patient care planning and staffing, resolves complex patient problems, leads emergency and code teams, and represents nursing administration during off-hours, weekends, and holidays. The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing school, Ohio Registered Nursing licensure, strong clinical skills, current ACLS certification, and demonstrated leadership; a bachelor’s degree and three to five years of relevant experience are preferred.
