Grandview Medical Center is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for its Stepdown unit, working days from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The role provides patient-centered assessment, medication administration, care planning, patient and family education, emergency response, equipment monitoring, infection control, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Candidates need 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience or acute-care student rotations, RN licensure, and BCLS; ACLS, PALS, and NRP are preferred. The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, up to $20,000 in student loan contribution, and medical, vision, dental, and 401(k) match benefits.
