Description
Seacrest Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is hiring a part-time RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and coordinate nursing care for residents in a 171-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility. The role works every other weekend from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, pays $45.00 to $50.00 per hour, and includes supervision, clinical oversight, care-plan compliance, interdisciplinary communication, and prioritization of urgent resident needs. Applicants must hold an active, unencumbered New Jersey RN license, BLS certification, and at least two years of nursing experience; supervisory experience is not required because training will be provided.
