Northampton Post Acute, supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services, is hiring a full-time or part-time RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership in a 180-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility. The role involves supervising nursing care activities, supporting staff during shifts, monitoring resident conditions, ensuring compliance with physician orders, care plans, facility policies, and nursing regulations, and communicating with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams. The position requires an active Pennsylvania RN license, BLS certification, and at least 2 years of nursing experience, with no prior supervisory experience required.
