Atlantic View Post Acute, supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services, is hiring RN Supervisors for full-time and part-time evening shifts (3 PM–11 PM) with same-day pay and an all-inclusive hourly wage of $38–$60 plus a full-time-only productivity bonus. The role provides clinical leadership in a 154-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility, supervising nursing care, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting staff, and coordinating with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Applicants must hold an active Virginia RN license, BLS certification, and at least 2 years of nursing experience; no prior supervisory experience is required.
