RN Supervisor at hampden-post-acute

Hampden Post Acute is hiring a full-time RN Supervisor for a 3 PM to 11 PM shift with no weekends. The role provides clinical leadership and oversight of nursing staff, coordinates safe and timely resident care, monitors conditions and interventions, ensures compliance with orders and facility policies, and communicates with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families. Candidates must hold a current, unencumbered active RN license in Massachusetts, BLS certification, and at least two years of nursing experience; supervisory experience is not required because training will be provided. The position pays $38 to $60 per hour and includes health, vision, dental, retirement, referral, tuition, and other benefits.
