Sunset Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is hiring a full-time RN Supervisor in Boonville, New York, to oversee nursing operations during assigned 3 pm–11 pm or 11 pm–7 am shifts. The role supervises nursing staff, ensures resident care plans and clinical standards are followed, supports staffing and performance activities, handles emergencies and compliance issues, and participates in quality improvement. An associate degree in nursing and a valid New York Registered Nurse license are required, along with at least one year of RN experience in a geriatric or rehabilitation setting; leadership experience and a bachelor's degree are preferred.
