Description
Taconic Rehabilitation & Nursing at Beacon is hiring a part-time RN Supervisor to oversee nursing operations during 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. weekend shifts. The role supervises nursing staff, ensures resident care plans and clinical standards are followed, supports staffing and performance activities, handles emergencies and compliance issues, and contributes to quality improvement. An associate degree in nursing and a valid New York State RN license are required, along with at least one year of RN experience in a geriatric or rehabilitation setting; leadership experience and a bachelor's degree are preferred.
