Bayview Rehabilitation is hiring a full-time RN Supervisor for a 11 pm–7 am shift at its Scalabrini and Healthcare Center. The role provides clinical leadership and oversight of nursing staff, coordinates safe and timely resident care, monitors conditions and interventions, ensures compliance with orders and facility policies, and communicates with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families. Candidates must hold a current, unencumbered active RN license in Rhode Island or a multi-state license, have BLS certification, and have at least two years of nursing experience; supervisory experience is not required because training will be provided. The position pays $38–$60 per hour and includes health, vision, dental, tuition reimbursement, retirement matching, shift differentials, and other benefits.
