The Paramount at Somers Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is hiring a full-time RN Supervisor for evening and night shifts in Somers, New York. The role leads nursing operations on assigned shifts, supervising RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; ensuring safe resident care, clinical documentation, regulatory compliance, staffing coordination, and collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. The position requires an active New York RN license, preferred supervisory or charge nurse experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care, and strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills. Compensation is up to $125,000 per year and benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, holiday pay, and a 401(k).
