Crossroads Programs, Inc. is hiring a part-time Nursing Supervisor in Willingboro, New Jersey, to provide clinical oversight, nursing services, and supervision across residential stabilization, assessment, and treatment programs. The role includes supervising LPN staff, conducting assessments, monitoring medication safety, responding to medical and behavioral health concerns, providing nursing education, collaborating with multidisciplinary treatment teams, supporting quality assurance, and promoting trauma-informed, person-centered care. Applicants should be graduates of an accredited nursing school, hold an active New Jersey RN license, and preferably have at least three years of nursing experience, behavioral health or residential treatment experience, and prior supervisory experience.
