Description
The RN Supervisor - Charge Nurse is a full-time, non-exempt, hourly nursing leadership role responsible for overseeing nursing care and service on assigned shifts. Duties include medication and treatment administration, documentation, emergency response, unit rounds, resident and family concern follow-up, admission and assessment audits, staff education, and training new hires. The role reports to the Director of Health Services or Administrator and offers a salary range of 95,000 to 105,000 for Monday through Friday.
