Description
The RN Supervisor is a licensed registered nurse who works under the Director of Nursing Services to coordinate and supervise nursing services, maintain high-quality resident care, oversee nursing personnel, and support admissions, care planning, assessments, documentation, emergency response, incident reporting, and regulatory or quality-assurance corrections. The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing school, current state nursing licensure, at least one year of supervisory experience, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
