Description
The ICU Nurse provides and directs primary nursing care for patients with cardiovascular, pulmonary, and vascular health deficits, including complex multisystem care, unstable patients, and complex care management. The role requires clinical assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation, problem-solving, and unit leadership, including charge-nurse duties, committee work, orientation, and resource guidance. It requires an accredited nursing degree, a New Jersey nursing license, BLS certification, and related clinical skills; preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in nursing and 1–3 years of related experience. The position works the 7 pm–7 am shift for 72 hours per pay period and offers a minimum starting rate of $47.08.
