Description
The RN TeleNurse triages incoming patient calls, assesses symptoms by telephone, identifies emergencies, provides appropriate care guidance, schedules appointments, documents calls, and educates and advocates for patients. The role reports to the TeleNurse Supervisor/Manager, requires every-other-weekend coverage with a stated Week 1 Saturday and Sunday 8 a.m.–4 p.m. schedule and potential work from home, and includes a requirement to reside within 100 miles of Springfield, Illinois.
