Description

Golden Plains Community Hospital is hiring an RN/Trauma Program Manager for its Emergency Department. The role manages the development, implementation, operation, and evaluation of the TAC Trauma Program, coordinates multidisciplinary care for injured patients, leads nursing, registry, and injury-prevention process and performance improvement, and reports to the Director, Emergency Director. The position is structured for 32 hours per week plus one 12-hour emergency department shift, with benefits and a requirement for Texas RN registration and TNCC, TOPIC, and TRC certification within one year of hire.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least three years of clinical experience in trauma and/or emergency care
